• A BIT ABOUT ME •

I started Ballet at 3 years old and before long I was dancing 5 days a week, dreaming of becoming a Ballerina! I grew up taking exams with the Royal Academy of Dance (R.A.D) and the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance (I.S.T.D), whilst also participating in dance shows and competitions. I started to fall in love with the idea of teaching and having my own school, hoping I could pass on the love of dancing.

I achieved my BA (Hons) Degree in Theatre Dance at London Studio Centre and then completed my Level 6 Teaching Diploma with the British Ballet Organization (BBO Dance). I started to build my teaching career choreographing for children’s theatre productions and teaching in primary schools, nurseries and dance schools, including the school where I trained growing up.

I soon realised just how much I love teaching ‘little dancers’ and in the summer of 2019 I finally started my dream school, launching my pre-school ballet class ‘Ballet Bugs’. I have watched my classes and my first little dancers grow ever since and have seen so many fall in love with ballet just as I did all those years ago.

I am so excited for the future of my business – I look forward to expanding, offering more classes and putting on more showcases (after the success of our first!).
