• A BIT ABOUT ME •

I started Ballet at 3 years old and before long I was dancing 5 days a week, dreaming of becoming a Ballerina! I grew up taking exams with the Royal Academy of Dance (R.A.D) and the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance (I.S.T.D), whilst also participating in dance shows and competitions. I started to fall in love with the idea of teaching and having my own school, hoping I could pass on the love of dancing.

I achieved my BA (Hons) Degree in Theatre Dance at London Studio Centre and then completed my Level 6 Teaching Diploma with the British Ballet Organization (BBO Dance). I started to build my teaching career choreographing for children’s theatre productions and teaching in primary schools, nurseries and dance schools, including the school where I trained growing up.

I soon realised just how much I love teaching ‘little dancers’, so in the summer of 2019 I finally started my dream school by creating my ‘Ballet Bugs’ classes. I have watched my business and my first little dancers grow ever since and have seen so many fall in love with ballet, just as I did all those years ago.

Sometimes, I have to pinch myself – my dream came true. This is my life, my business, my job. I think the world of each and every little dancer I teach, feeling so grateful to be a part, however small, of their childhood and dance journey. Now, I want to make their dreams come true, too ✨

I am DBS checked and insured with up to date First Aid and Safeguarding training.
